Planner, I developed the CPM schedule to coordinate the multiple bid
packages equating to more than $200 -million as the lead scheduler
for the New Indianapolis Midfield Terminal-Landside Expansion Project. The
Landside portion of the Airport Expansion includes land development, all
site utilities, roads, bridges and parking garage for more than 7,000
vehicles. The work is in support of the design, bidding and
construction phases and illustrated the key interface points between the
two construction management firms.

As a Master
Planner at Lilly, I possess a thorough understanding of the Project
Delivery from Engineering through Qualification process. I was
instrumental in developing the master schedule for the Bldg. 130 KPB
Insulin Quality Improvement and Expansion project. My main focus was
to create a fully resource loaded schedule for the Validation and
Commissioning, Asset Delivery and Automation groups and logically tie them
into the original Construction Schedule. Once the Master Integrated
schedule was developed, I lead project review meetings to gain project
status and to drive the critical path activities. I routinely
